We offer a 90-day return window, which means you have 90 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
  • Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after receipt.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
